What is LUCE?
LUCE is a Korean luxury craft object: an aroma infuser made of Icheon porcelain formed in plaster molds and 3 mm German glass finished by hand in Euljiro, Seoul. Maximum capacity is 250 ml for Moon Jar and 750 ml for Octagon. It is designed to be displayed, not hidden.
How long does an infusion take?
Three to ten seconds. The clear glass chamber shows the aroma moving upward, so you see the moment as it happens.
Can it be taken apart and cleaned?
Yes. Every LUCE separates into four parts — clear glass, connector, side module and ceramic body — so each piece can be rinsed on its own.
Why is each connector made to order?
Firing changes every porcelain body slightly. Each body is measured after the kiln, and its flexible TPU connector is 3D-printed to that measurement, so the fit is exact.
What is the difference between the three editions?
Moon Jar / Pure ($250) and Octagon / Pure ($350) are the permanent collection.
Octagon × Saki ($650) is the artist edition: a cobalt-blue drawing by tattoo artist SAKI, transferred by hand and sealed in glaze, numbered 001–500.
What comes in the box?
The assembled object, its detachable side module, and a fitted art-storage case that protects every component. Extra glass tubes, TPU adapters, downstems, and bowls are sold separately.
When are preorders scheduled?
Preorders open on November 16, 2026. Orders will be dispatched in sequence from December 10, 2026. We will confirm dispatch dates and estimated arrival times by destination before accepting orders.
How many pieces are in the first production run?
The first production run is planned at 50 infuser sets per design, 150 sets in total. Production quantities and the allocation for this online store differ. Available order quantities will be shown when sales open.
How will orders be shipped and what will delivery cost?
Domestic orders are planned to ship with Korea Post and international orders with FedEx. Planned international shipping fees are USD 50 for Asia and USD 80 for North America and Europe. Domestic, other-region and combined-order rates will be announced separately. Available destinations and final shipping fees will be confirmed before ordering.
Are customs duties included?
The responsibility for duties and import taxes on US orders is being confirmed. The applicable terms will be provided before ordering.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover round-trip shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. LUCE covers shipping costs for returns due to a defective product or an incorrectly shipped item.
Where should I send a return?
Please contact support@yourluce.com before sending a return. We will check your order number and reason for return, then provide the return address and instructions for your order.
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be processed within three business days after we receive the returned product.
