LUCE/FAQ
Questions
What is LUCE?
LUCE is a Korean luxury craft object: a 750 ml aroma infuser made of mold-formed Icheon porcelain and 3 mm German glass finished by hand in Euljiro, Seoul. It is designed to be displayed, not hidden.
How long does an infusion take?
Three to ten seconds. The clear glass chamber shows the aroma moving upward, so you see the moment as it happens.
Can it be taken apart and cleaned?
Yes. Every LUCE separates into four parts — clear glass, connector, side module and ceramic body — so each piece can be rinsed on its own.
Why is each connector made to order?
Firing changes every porcelain body slightly. Each body is measured after the kiln, and its flexible TPU connector is 3D-printed to that measurement, so the fit is exact.
What is the difference between the three editions?
Moon Jar / Pure ($250) and Octagon / Pure ($350) are the permanent collection. Octagon × Saki ($650) is the artist edition: a cobalt-blue drawing by tattoo artist SAKI, transferred by hand and sealed in glaze, numbered 001–500.
What comes in the box?
The assembled object, its detachable side module, and a fitted art-storage case that protects every component. Extra glass tubes, TPU adapters, downstems, and bowls are sold separately.
